We’re seeking a results-oriented
Rep, Inside Sales (Customer Relationship Management Focus)
to join our team. While the title reflects Inside Sales, the design of this role centers on managing warm opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue through consultative, solution-based selling.
This is not a cold-calling position. You’ll work with qualified leads generated by our Field Technicians and existing service relationships, converting opportunities into booked work while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Hybrid eligible (2 days/week in office) following successful completion of a 90-day in-office training period.
Compensation
$24.00/hour base
Uncapped commission
First-year On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$80,000+, with opportunity to exceed
Strong performers consistently outperform OTE.
What You’ll Do As a Rep, Inside Sales, you will balance relationship management with revenue performance:
Manage and convert
warm, technician-generated leads
(no cold calling)
Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, identifying needs and recommending appropriate services
Sell across commercial pumping, repairs, residential septic, and plumbing services
Build lasting customer relationships that drive retention and repeat business
Prepare proposals, follow up proactively, and maintain strong pipeline discipline
Track activity and performance metrics in Salesforce
Collaborate closely with Operations to ensure smooth service execution and customer satisfaction
Manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced environment
