Job Description Service Account Coordinator

– SkillBridge Academy is seeking a highly organized and client‑focused Service Account Coordinator to join our growing team in Miami. This role serves as a key liaison between clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless service delivery, account management, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Coordinate service delivery and ensure timely execution of client requests

Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service‑related inquiries

Prepare reports, account summaries, and performance updates

Support onboarding processes for new clients

Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

Qualifications
