This role is critical to deliver exceptional customer experience by handling written quotes, order entry, and day-to-day support for dealers, sales reps, and customers.

Job Responsibilities
Create accurate, timely written quotes that keep projects moving
Enter and manage orders from start to finish
Support customers with product details, pricing, lead times, and order status
Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
Support outside sales reps with pricing, documentation, and follow-up
Resolve order issues quickly and professionally
What You Bring
Customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset
A customer-first mindset and natural problem-solving skills
Advanced knowledge of CET software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay calm, focused, and professional in a high-volume environment
Excellent multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
Inside sales or customer service experience (contract furniture preferred)
