Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Sales Manager, based in Bradenton, FL. The Sales Manager will focus on developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals. This role involves building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts to drive sales. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, leading and mentoring sales teams, and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and lead generation
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a focus on solution‑oriented selling
Proficiency in market research and customer targeting techniques
Leadership and team management capabilities to guide and motivate sales teams
Understanding of the hospitality industry and revenue growth strategies
Self‑driven, goal‑oriented, and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Proficiency with sales tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics is preferred
