This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Catering Sales Manager based in Dallas, TX. The Social Catering Sales Manager will focus on generating and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting catering sales goals. The role includes coordinating and planning events, collaborating with clients to fulfill their catering needs, and working with the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional service. The role also requires effectively handling inquiries, negotiating contracts, and managing event details to align with the company's high standards of quality and guest satisfaction. Qualifications

Expertise in Catering Sales and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Strong skills in Event Planning and coordination to produce seamless and memorable events Exceptional abilities in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build lasting client relationships Knowledge and understanding of Food & Beverage operations to ensure services align with client expectations Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Prior experience in catering sales or hospitality industry is an advantage
