Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with prospective clients Lead design appointments and review project scopes Clearly explain project options, timelines, and budgets Guide clients through decisions and close projects with confidence Be the main point of contact during the sales process Deliver an exceptional customer experience through: clear communication, timely follow-ups and responses, accurate estimating, and strong coordination with design and project management teams Represent the John Franklin Landscapes brand with professionalism and care Who Thrives Here
Coachable and eager to learn Strong communicator who enjoys helping people make good decisions Organized and dependable Comfortable meeting clients in their homes and on job sites Motivated by personal growth, skill development, and performance Sales experience is a plus — attitude and work ethic matter more Compensation & Growth Path
