Bid and manage GC (General Contractor) projects
Price and estimate commercial and residential fence jobs
Perform takeoffs from plans and drawings
Generate accurate material lists based on project drawings
Prepare and send detailed quotes to clients
Develop and generate new commercial business opportunities
Qualifications
Experience in construction sales, fencing, or related industry preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project drawings
Strong estimating and takeoff skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
