Executive Account Assistant

to support senior leadership and key client accounts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments.

The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to executive leadership

Assist in managing and coordinating key client accounts

Prepare reports, presentations, and account documentation

Monitor account activity and ensure timely follow‑ups

Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications with clients and internal teams

Support contract preparation and documentation tracking

Maintain organized records and ensure data accuracy

Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization

Qualifications

Strong organizational and time‑management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management tools

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
