Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized

Service Account Assistant

to support our service and account management teams. This role plays a critical part in maintaining client satisfaction, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting account operations.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing and maintaining client service accounts

Prepare and update account documentation and internal reports

Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments

Monitor account activities to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up

Support service teams with scheduling, tracking, and data entry

Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
