Job Description The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for students, partners, and prospective clients. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through ongoing support.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email

Provide accurate information regarding programs, services, and enrollment processes

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery

Assist in onboarding new students and guiding them through initial procedures

Uphold company standards of professionalism and client satisfaction

Contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience
