We partner with national brands, growing companies, and organizations across the country to bring ideas to life through custom merchandise and apparel.

As we continue to grow, we are hiring an Account Manager to support day-to-day order flow and client communication.
Role Overview This is an operational Account Manager position focused on execution, organization, and responsiveness.
You will manage inbound inquiries, process orders, build quotes, coordinate with production, and ensure projects move smoothly from approval to delivery.
This is not a commission-only sales role. It is a stability and growth position designed to increase efficiency, improve client experience, and support revenue growth through proactive account management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound emails and phone inquiries
Process purchase orders and build quotes
Coordinate timelines with production teams
Provide proactive order updates to clients What We’re Looking For
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
Comfortable working cross-functionally with production teams
Process-driven and solution-oriented
Preferred (not required):
Experience in apparel, print, promo, or manufacturing
CRM experience (HubSpot, Printavo, Shopify, etc.)
Account coordination or order management background
Performance Bonus Structure: Quarterly bonus opportunity tied to:
Account retention
Reorder growth
