
Inside Sales Coordinator - Aftermarket

Job Description
Acts as the operational backbone of the aftermarket sales team, ensuring timely delivery of spare parts and service quotes while maintaining strong customer relationships. Supports the solar services sales team by managing quotes, proposals, order processing, and coordination between internal departments. Ensures smooth execution from client inquiry to service delivery.
Responsibilities
Prepare and process sales quotes, work orders, and service proposals
Track opportunities and manage CRM updates for services and parts
Coordinate with engineering, field services, and supply chain teams
Support pricing requests and approval workflows
Monitor backlog, service order status, and customer communications
Generate reports on sales performance and forecasting
Track shipment status and ensure on‑time delivery of parts
Ideal Background
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar)
Familiarity with solar or renewable energy services
Strong organizational and communication skills
2+ years in sales operations or order management
Understanding of solar tracker components and field service workflows
Strong Excel and ERP system knowledge

Pay Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00–$80,000.00. (Applicable to California)
