What You Will Be Doing The Operations Business Architect will lead the strategic design, analysis, and optimization of end‑to‑end business processes, systems, and data flows that support our Production Operations mission. Partnering across the Operations organization and with the Aero Digital Transformation Office, IT, engineering, and sustainment, you will guide the organization through translating Operations processes, data, and systems into a digital twin of our business model. You will also help drive and shape the evolution of that model throughout our 1LMX transformation ensuring alignment with Aero and enterprise standards and compliance requirements.

Fort Worth, TX This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in business modeling, enterprise architecture, or process engineering within aerospace/defense manufacturing or a comparable high‑complexity environment.
• Experience in technical project management and coordinating multi disciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Visio and CAMEO Desired Skills: • Experience conducting enterprise‑wide data governance and data‑centric architecture. • Strong knowledge of manufacturing program lifecycles, value stream analysis, and digital transformation initiatives. • Familiarity with PLM, MES, and ERP systems. • Knowledge and experience with 1LMX initiatives.
