Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Sales Manager located in West LA, CA. The Event Sales Manager will be responsible for driving venue sales by cultivating relationships with clients, vendors, and partners. Key responsibilities include prospecting new clients, managing and coordinating event bookings, providing tailored proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the planning and execution phases. The role also involves collaborating with the operations team to ensure flawless delivery, handling inquiries and showcasing the venue, and meeting sales and revenue goals through proactive sales strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Event Planning and managing Private Events
Strong Sales knowledge and demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals
Effective Communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting client relationships
Event Management skills, including attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with a customer-focused mindset
Familiarity with event technology tools and CRM software such as Triple Seat
Knowledge of the Los Angeles event market is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
