Role We are looking for a proactive and target-driven
Sales Development Representative
to focus primarily on outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and lead generation. Generates qualified pipeline via outbound and inbound qualification, books meetings for Account Executives to close the deals.
If you are confident on calls, persuasive in communication, and hungry to convert conversations into opportunities, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) and inbound lead follow-up
Book qualified meetings that convert to opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM data and activity logs
Research accounts and personas for fit
Assist in building out our sales process, strategy, and related assets
Qualifications
1–2 years SDR/BDR or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and persistence
Coachability and organization
Experience with CRM (HubSpot) and advanced sales tools such as LeadIQ and others preferred
