We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Auto Sales Support Specialist to join our newly built call center. Thurs: OFF
Sat: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (½ hr break)
Sun: OFF
Option 3
Mon-Thurs: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1 hr break)
Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hr break)

What You’ll Do
Respond to internet and phone inquiries quickly and professionally
Provide accurate product information to customers
Schedule high-quality appointments for the sales team
Follow up with leads and nurture customer interest
Help customers select the right vehicle for their needs
Maintain high customer satisfaction
Use CRM tools and communicate effectively with internal teams
Meet and maintain performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong multitasking and time-management skills
Motivated, coachable, and goal-driven
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Must pass a background check and drug test
Bonus: Fluency in Haitian Creole, Spanish, or Portuguese
