
Our client, a globally active organization within the aviation/aerospace sector is seeking a high-performing
Sales Manager – Americas
to lead commercial growth across
North
and
South America .
This is a standalone leadership role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to build and scale a regional team as the business expands. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding existing accounts, and securing new business across the region.
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
Aerospace/Aviation background is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all sales activity across North and South America
Manage and grow a regional revenue portfolio of approximately $35M+
Develop and execute a strategic growth plan to increase market share and revenue
Expand existing key accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, MROs, airlines, and key aerospace stakeholders
Work closely with the Chief Sales Officer to align regional strategy with global objectives
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial reporting
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
Travel extensively across the Americas to develop and maintain customer relationships
Over time, recruit and lead a regional sales team as the market presence expands
Candidate Profile Required Experience & Skills
Proven experience overseeing $20M+ in annual sales revenue
Demonstrated track record of growing revenue and expanding market share
Strong background in aviation and/or aerospace
Established industry network across the Americas (highly advantageous)
Commercially driven with strong negotiation and deal-closing capability
Fluent in Spanish and English
Willingness and ability to travel extensively
Technical background or strong technical understanding, with the ability to engage confidently with engineering teams
Experience operating in a standalone or entrepreneurial sales environment
Experience building and leading sales teams
