
Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Hiring sales reps for a large tech company out of Austin, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will play a pivotal role in inbound and outbound sales to generate partners in assigned regions. You will maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems, meet or exceed monthly KPIs, and respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective Hub Delivery partners. Through consultative sales calls, you will understand partner needs and present the value of Hub Delivery, while also providing feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
Responsibilities
Generate Hub partners in assigned regions through outbound sales.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs including call volume, conversion rates, and partner activation goals.
Respond to and qualify inbound leads from prospective partners.
Conduct consultative sales calls to understand partner needs.
Present the value of Amazon Hub Delivery to potential partners.
Provide feedback to leadership on lead quality, market trends, and customer insights.
Essential Skills
2+ years of inside sales or business development experience; high volume outbound cold calling.
Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools.
Bilingual in Spanish required for 25% of total positions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making high volumes of calls and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in logistics, retail, or tech is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
2-3 years Mandarin would be ideal.
Customer service skills.
Work Environment Expected work hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will be required to come into the office 1-2 times a week for meetings. This role offers the opportunity to join a growing program and partner with small businesses across the US, creating a win‑win scenario for both parties. Eligible for 2 weeks of PTO after a successful performance review after 6 months, and potential to earn commission on outbound sales.
