
Provide high-level operational and analytical support to the Sales Department to enhance efficiency and performance
Generate, analyze, and distribute detailed sales reports with actionable insights using Power BI, Excel, and D365
Support the VP of Sales with annual projections, budgeting, monthly and mid-month reporting, and senior leadership deliverables
Prepare sales presentations, call lists, territory analyses, and performance summaries for leadership and inside sales teams
Maintain and manage the Sales SharePoint/information hub for streamlined communication and reporting
Serve as liaison between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and IT to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
Assist with order management issues, including backorders, cancellations, aged & excess inventory, and raw materials coordination
Research potential new customers and support inside sales efforts, including cold calling initiatives
Help plan and organize internal sales meetings, initiatives, and team projects
Utilize advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), Power BI, SharePoint, and Adobe tools to support reporting and presentations
2+ years of Sales Coordinator or Sales Operations experience required; strong analytical, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills; college degree preferred , consumer products a plus!
