
New Truck Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist customers in selecting the right trucks and commercial vehicles for their needs, including heavy‑duty trucks, trailers, and related equipment.
Product Knowledge: Learn about the features, specifications, and benefits of the vehicles and equipment we offer in order to effectively communicate this to potential buyers.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Process: Work with customers from the initial inquiry through to the closing of the sale. Help process quotes, orders, and financing options as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior sales representatives and management to meet sales goals and improve sales strategies.
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify sales opportunities.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferably a degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
Customer‑Focused: A passion for providing excellent customer service and helping others find solutions.
Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable with computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Ethic: Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and dedicated to achieving sales targets.
