Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
Assist with hotel reservations, booking modifications, and general inquiries

Ensure compliance with company procedures and service quality standards
Candidate Profile
Fluent Dutch (C1 level)
English at B2 level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to relocate to Greece for the initial two‑month training period
Flexibility to work in shifts if required
