Under the direction of Senior Management, the Digital Marketing Strategist (Analyst) is responsible for supporting the marketing group by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating digital marketing efforts and the impact of those efforts on the business. Focuses on paid search, web analytics, and partner site campaigns with the goal to increase traffic, move-ins, and revenue. Note:

Our current onsite work schedule requires attendance from Monday through Thursday each week, with remote work permitted on Fridays.

What You’ll Do Strategic Planning and Execution (15%)

Drive digital marketing optimization through analytics for campaigns across multiple channels, including native, classified, social, email, referral, display, pay-per-click, pay-per-lease, and subscription sources.

Analyze and assess campaign performance and translate data into recommendations and tactical plans to revise strategy.

Research and implement emerging media, trends, and technologies.

Data Analysis and Optimization (65%)

Coordinate marketing campaigns through budgeting, researching trends, and analyzing opportunities.

Monitor and report on internal website performance, ensuring quick and proper resolution of issues.

Build and update project plans and schedules to communicate status to stakeholders.

Execute key tasks to ensure timely implementation of new marketing initiatives.

Analyze partner sites and internal campaigns to make actionable recommendations to enhance performance.

Support monthly performance calls with pay-per-action partners, identifying opportunities for improved tracking and efficiency.

Drive ongoing optimization of internal website performance using web analytics, site research, and competitive analysis to achieve goals.

Ensure integrity of all published information on internal and external sources.

Manage invoicing for online and offline partners, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

Support marketing and sales initiatives through research and analytics, delivering recommendations to achieve company goals.

Develop proficiency with all sources of internal information that feed campaigns.

Training and Communication (20%)

Educate colleagues and cross-functional partners on latest marketing strategies and channels.

Train business units in marketing tools and ensure ongoing compliance with guidelines through updates to training documents and videos.

Train and evaluate interns, full-time temporary employees, and others as needed, under senior management guidance.

Represent the company professionally when dealing with residents, coworkers, and the public.

Requirements & Previous Experience

Bachelor’s degree required with two years of progressive digital marketing experience, demonstrating the use of analytics to improve website or campaign performance. A combination of education and experience may be substituted at management’s discretion.

Ability to effectively and objectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Experience developing project plans from conception to implementation with attention to detail.

Proven ability to conduct presentations for employee groups, senior management, or vendors. Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.

Salary: $71,000 - $86,000 per year. In addition to base salary, a discretionary annual bonus is provided. The starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
