Overview

Job Purpose: Responsible for leading the marketing initiatives, programming and select brand partnerships within Thompson Dallas Marketing Department; to maximize engagement and reach to achieve annual revenue goals. Responsibilities

Digital Marketing: Work with Sales and Revenue departments to understand pain-points and opportunities within the rooms and F&B business. Identify revenue needs, then collaborate with Brand Creative teams to create engaging content and original promotional campaigns to improve conversion rates. Oversee the strategy and execution of Thompson Dallas’s paid digital efforts (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Google Hotel Ads, etc.) in new markets, with focus on EMEA and APAC regions, with assistance from The Lifestyle Group and Hyatt’s corporate office. Coordinate cross-platform awareness and mobile opportunities. Understand Google Ads, Meta, SEM, SEO and social media advertising. Manage channels to maximize ROI. Bring strong digital media expertise and new ideas to drive business forward. Work with field marketing and a digital agency of record, providing strategic oversight and executional support. Refresh paid targeting segments regularly to reach new audiences globally while properly representing the Thompson brand. Set goals and track performance weekly and monthly across key KPIs (website traffic, impressions, leads, revenue). Analyze KPIs to identify best practices and adjust efforts accordingly. Manage email and promotional calendars with support from Marketing Coordinator for hotel-specific communications. Collaborate with GEM and Operations to support and monitor online reviews and respond to guest feedback to ensure excellent reputation management. Where necessary, feed into website content related to revenue-driving initiatives. Partnerships & Barter Agreements: Discover and nurture relationships with local and global partners to introduce the hotel or F&B outlets to new audiences. Build a cultural calendar of the year (Valentine’s Day, Fashion Week, Music Festivals, Restaurant Week, etc.) to meet property KPIs. Oversee partnership agreement processes, manage deliverables, and analyze ROI and value for new events and partnerships. Evaluate annual results to maximize YoY ROI. Leadership & Project Management: Communicate and educate all hotel and brand initiatives and announcements. Generate comprehensive recaps for key marketing initiatives to share with corporate office, property, and ownership teams. Lead and manage on-property PR agencies for hotel awards, brand awareness, influencer programs, and F&B initiatives. Understand offline marketing, including physical collateral needs and updates (in-room flyers, postcards, F&B add-ons, etc.). Lead lifestyle, F&B and room photo/video shoots with approval from The Lifestyle Group’s Art Director and Hyatt. Qualifications

4+ years’ marketing experience. Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal. Computer proficiency. Ability to manage change and deliver high, consistent service standards. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail. Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements

Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 15 lbs without assistance. Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and visual acuity. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending and twisting. Remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
