
Overview
A leading streaming media client is seeking a Social Media Manager who can quickly step in and run
organic social across multiple channels . You will manage day‑to‑day social activity, own the brand voice, and support campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and additional platforms.
Duration:
Approximately 3 months
Schedule:
3 days in office, 2 remote
Rate:
$30–40/hr (DOE, w2 employment)
Key Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end organic social: planning, copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
Manage a multi‑platform content calendar across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and Reddit.
Tailor content by platform and optimize for SEO, algorithms, and best practices.
Monitor channels, respond to audience interactions, and support basic reputation management.
Cover live and newsworthy events, including pulling and posting content in real time when needed.
Track performance via native analytics and tools; produce concise reports on growth and campaign results.
Partner with marketing, content, and creative teams to support launches and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven social media management experience for a brand, agency, or entertainment/streaming company.
Hands‑on experience executing content and engagement on Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.
Strong copywriting, editing, and time‑management skills; ability to juggle multiple content streams.
Solid understanding of native analytics for Meta, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and related tools.
Nice to Have
Photoshop, Premiere, or similar content creation skills.
Experience with live clipping and posting from in‑person or streamed events.
