Main purpose of the Temp Copywriter role:
This person will assist with the daily styles shot. They will use the copy team SOPs to effectively notate all product details on the website. Major Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Write 70+ Product Codes Daily: Maintain a consistent output while ensuring accurate and clear descriptions. Support Team Efforts: Assist with daily copy-related assignments and ad-hoc requests as needed. Conduct Site Audits: Review and refine product descriptions to ensure 100% accuracy when time permits. Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the team to meet project goals and deadlines. To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies: Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously transcribe and verify product details for 100% accuracy. Proactive Mindset: Willingness to go above and beyond to maintain quality and meet deadlines. Flexibility During Peak Times: Availability to work overtime during busy seasons to ensure timely updates. Organizational Excellence: Skilled in managing data in Excel with precision and maintaining consistency across entries. Minimum Qualifications:
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets: Strong ability to manage, organize, and update data efficiently. Fast and Accurate Typing: Capable of high-speed data entry with a strong focus on precision. Relevant Experience or Education: 1-2 years of data entry, copywriting, or related experience; a high school diploma or higher preferred. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Reporting Tools: Familiarity with generating and analyzing reports to support data-driven decisions. Advanced Excel Skills: Proficiency in functions like VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data formatting is a plus. Knowledge of Airtable: Experience with Airtable or similar database tools is preferred.
