Event Marketing Specialist

to join their global Events, Experiences & Brand Management team. This position focuses on delivering memorable events, executing integrated marketing initiatives, and maintaining consistent brand representation across all touchpoints. The role is hybrid and based in San Jose, California.

Responsibilities of the Event Marketing Specialist

Coordinate and execute regional and global events that align with the organization’s brand and engagement objectives.

Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns designed to boost event visibility and drive participation.

Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams.

Monitor event performance, track engagement metrics, and analyze marketing ROI to support ongoing optimization.

Qualifications for the Event Marketing Specialist

1–2 years of marketing experience.

Background in event marketing, branding, and audience engagement across both digital and traditional channels.

Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management platforms like Monday.com is a plus.

Compensation for the Event Marketing Specialist

$60,000 base salary.

Full benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, holidays, and sick leave as required by law.

Hybrid or onsite schedule based on organizational needs.
