
Overview
The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting corporate marketing initiatives from the company’s headquarters in Sugar Land, TX. This position is responsible for executing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns, developing creative assets, and supporting enterprise-wide brand strategy across the organization and its subsidiaries. This role requires hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns (including paid search, social media advertising, and display), strong creative capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively within a corporate environment. The Marketing Specialist will contribute to campaign strategy, content development, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative execution — capable of developing compelling marketing materials while using performance data to refine and optimize campaign results. Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of integrated corporate marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and drive measurable results Plan, launch, and optimize
Paid Advertising Campaigns , including Google Ads, paid social media, display advertising, and retargeting initiatives Monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROI) and provide reporting insights to improve effectiveness Collaborate with internal stakeholders at headquarters to ensure campaigns align with corporate priorities and business unit goals Assist with budget tracking and allocation for paid marketing efforts Create compelling creative assets for digital and print campaigns, including ad graphics, email designs, landing page content, and social media visuals Maintain and update website content while supporting SEO and digital optimization efforts Assist with corporate branding initiatives to ensure consistent visual identity and messaging across all platforms Support internal corporate communications and executive-level messaging initiatives Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for strategic growth Ensure all marketing materials adhere to established brand standards Support corporate events and headquarters-based marketing initiatives Perform additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Minimum of 2–3 years of marketing experience, with demonstrated experience managing
paid digital campaigns Proven experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or similar advertising tools Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and digital marketing analytics Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience working in a corporate or headquarters environment preferred Eligible to work in the United States Valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate setting Must pass a background check and drug screen Flexibility to work extended hours occasionally to support major corporate initiatives
