We are seeking a creative, driven Producer to join Jesse Watters Primetime. As a Producer, you will pitch and produce original content, write scripts, select and build elements, and execute in the control room. You are well versed in politics, culture, and current events, a clever writer, and an excellent researcher who thrives on finding fresh angles to stories. You are a leader who is eager to help guide the production of every segment—and confident enough in your own ideas to present them in front of a group that includes high‑profile talent.

You will be offered the following shift: Mondays through Fridays, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pitch and produce strong original content including unique guests, stories, shoots, and segments

Conduct in‑depth research

Write stories, guest intros, teases, banners, and questions

Select and build elements such as sound, video clips, and graphics to help tell a story

Support Associate Producers through insight, feedback, and guidance

Take on additional responsibilities based on your unique talents and abilities

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in journalism or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience

2‑4 years of prior television or similar experience

Strong knowledge of news, politics, and current events

Familiarity with popular influencers, commentators, and opinion makers

Ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines

Comfort working independently and making informed editorial decisions

Experience in a live control room

Experience working with high‑profile talent

Guest‑booking experience

Experience managing or mentoring a small team

Strong understanding of history and its influence on current events

Willingness to listen, learn, and grow from constructive criticism

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $83,000.00‑100,000.00 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
