$90-100K We're seeking a strategic Digital & Ecommerce Manager to lead paid media, DTC forecasting, website optimization, CRM, SEO, and affiliate programs. This role manages agency partners, drives growth across digital channels, and ensures a seamless customer journey. You'll oversee an Assistant Manager and collaborate cross-functionally to align campaigns, content, and performance with brand goals. Job Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
Lead all paid acquisition efforts (Search, Social, Display, Shopping, TikTok Shop, Buy with Prime) to drive growth and customer acquisition. Manage digital agency partners to create ads, optimize performance, ROAS, and budget allocation. Own DTC forecast, budgeting, and P&L tracking across revenue, spend, returns, and margins. Oversee campaign calendar and align performance marketing with product launches and inventory. Lead testing and implementation of new growth initiatives (e.g., bundling, retention, partnerships). Manage website optimization, UX, accessibility, merchandising, and seasonal content updates. Collaborate with developers and QA all site changes across desktop and mobile. Oversee blog and SEO strategy, ensuring content quality, technical optimization, and performance tracking. Drive CRM and retention flows; track engagement metrics and optimize lifecycle campaigns. Support loyalty and referral programs in coordination with brand moments. Manage affiliate marketing strategy, execution, and performance monitoring. Supervise Digital & Social Media Assistant Manager, providing guidance, priorities, and feedback. Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, ideally DTC. Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, and Meta/Google Ads platforms. Strong grasp of SEO/SEA best practices and CRM strategy. Comfortable managing digital agencies and interpreting performance reports. Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills. Experience managing budgets and owning P&L performance. Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, forecasting). College degree required; Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Ability to commute to the New York City office at least one day per week and as business needs dictate. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; the company is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this role. Desired Strengths:
Understanding of website accessibility standards and UX best practices. Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools. Basic Photoshop or Canva skills for light asset editing and cropping. Excellent attention to detail, especially in QA and testing workflows. Strong communication and project coordination abilities. Passion for optimizing digital experiences and customer journeys. Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, ops, and brand teams. Fluency in French a plus.
