Talent Partner / Recruiter
to support recruiting within
AbilityOne and other compliance-driven environments
serving individuals with disabilities.
This is meaningful work—and it is
not easy work .
The process requires patience, accuracy, and sustained attention. Documentation matters. Compliance matters. People matter. This role asks you to hold all three at the same time, consistently and without shortcuts.

Responsibilities
Recruiting under AbilityOne program guidelines and other regulated frameworks
Managing detailed qualifications, documentation, and end-to-end follow-through
Supporting candidates with respect while navigating structured, compliance-based processes
Partnering closely with operations and compliance to ensure correct and ethical placement
Staying steady and solutions-focused when timelines or requirements are complex
