Client: Non-Profit Organization
Role: Marketing Project Manager (Temporary)
Pay Rate: $28/hr-30/hr
Duration: 4+ Months with the opportunity to extend based on performance!
Location: Midtown, Manhattan (3 days a week, every other week - 6 days per month in office!)
Key Responsibilities Project Management & Process Optimization
Operational Command: Mastermind all project schedules, task assignments, and asset tracking within Monday.com to ensure seamless delivery.
Strategic Liaison: Facilitate high-level communication between Marketing, Resource Development, and Strategic Initiatives teams to align departmental goals.
Traffic Control: Manage the internal approval pipeline, synthesizing feedback from multiple stakeholders to keep production moving.
Performance Insight: Leverage data to generate progress reports and team analytics, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing organizational workflows.
Creative Production & Brand Stewardship
Design Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the Director of Creative to produce high-impact marketing collateral, including digital assets, event signage, and branded templates.
Asset Management: Serve as the curator of the organization's digital footprint, maintaining organized libraries for photo, video, and design assets.
Quality Control: Ensure every piece of content meets brand standards and accessibility requirements, maintaining a cohesive voice across all materials.
Campaign Execution & Analysis
Multi-Channel Support: Collaborate with the Senior Director of Marketing to launch integrated campaigns across email, web, social, and print.
Lifecycle Tracking: Monitor campaign milestones and deliverable health to ensure deadlines consistently met.
Impact Reporting: Post-campaign, compile comprehensive performance reports and "lessons learned" to refine future strategies and ROI.
Qualifications
Experience: 2-4 years in marketing project management or communications coordination.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Monday.com (or similar PM tools); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
Organizational Mastery: A proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders and complex feedback loops without losing sight of the details.
Digital Savvy: A solid understanding of modern digital marketing channels and the production workflows required to support them.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
