Project Manager, Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities Project Management & Coordination
Maintain and update project and campaign schedules, assignments, and assets in Monday.com.
Track progress, collect status updates, and ensure deadlines are met.
Facilitate communication between Marketing and Communications, Resource Development, Community Impact, and Strategic Initiatives teams.
Coordinate approvals and manage feedback process among internal stakeholders.
Support vendor engagement when necessary.
Generate reports on work progress, requests for work from other departments, and analytics on team performance from Monday.com.
Creative & Design Support
Manage creative workflows to ensure brand consistency across assets.
Work closely with Director, Creative to support production of marketing materials, campaigns, design assets, and creative content development.
Work closely with Director, Creative to support design production for collateral such as one-pagers, signage, and branded templates.
Maintain and organize photo, video, and design asset libraries.
Collaborate across teams to align creative output with campaign goals.
Ensure brand consistency and accessibility compliance across materials.
Campaign Execution
Work closely with Senior Director, Marketing to support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across channels (email, web, social, print).
Track campaign progress and deliverable deadlines.
Compile post-campaign reports summarizing performance and lessons learned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years' experience in marketing project management or communications coordination.
Experience managing creative workflows and timelines using project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage feedback efficiently.
Familiarity with design and content production processes (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and campaign execution best practices.
