Job Description A dynamic organization in NYC is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Project Manager to support marketing initiatives on a temporary basis. This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and ensuring creative deliverables are completed efficiently and on schedule. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day marketing project workflows from kickoff through completion.
Coordinate with creative, content, digital, and external teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and deadlines.
Build and maintain project timelines using project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track.
Support campaign execution, asset development, and internal communications initiatives.
Maintain documentation of project plans, updates, and status reports.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to marketing guidelines across deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
2-4 years of experience in marketing project management or communications coordination.
Experience managing creative workflows and timelines using project management tools (Monday.com preferred).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
