Multimedia Designer I

6 month contract with possible extension Work Requirements:
US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. The Multimedia Design Contractor candidate will be required to rapidly design and develop various multimedia elements to support employee learning, development, and special events. The ideal candidate would display advanced understanding of graphic design with a heavy emphasis on layout, composition, and typography across static and interactive products. The candidate must understand user experience theory and its impact on design. The ability to maintain a positive attitude and thrive in a creatively collaborative environment is a requirement for this role. Strong critical thinking skills are required, as this position involves interpreting complex content to develop effective learning materials and support client-driven requests for event planning. Experience working as in-house designer at large corporations is an advantage, regardless of the industry. This is a hybrid position, with requirements to report to the Pensacola, FL or Winchester, VA locations. All equipment and software will be provided. Due to the hybrid nature of this position, we are seeking a candidate that is a self-starter, has exceptional time management skills, the ability to establish boundaries for work/life balance, and outstanding communication skills.
