
We’re looking for a talented designer and illustrator with a passion for creativity, storytelling, and product design. In this role, you’ll create original, eye‑catching designs in the golf space. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on creativity, loves illustration, and enjoys seeing their work translated into physical products.
Key Responsibilities:
Create original designs for golf towels, golf bags, travel covers, push carts, umbrellas, and other products as necessary, with a strong focus on creativity and commercial appeal
Develop artwork that translates effectively across product types, materials, sizes, and decoration methods
Collaborate with product development, marketing and sales teams to ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic and market requirements
Prepare production-ready files, ensuring accuracy in scale, color and technical specifications for various printing and manufacturing processes
Research trends in golf, lifestyle, color, pattern and retail to inform fresh, seasonal and relevant design concepts
Manage multiple projects and timelines, delivering high-quality work within established deadlines
Maintain and organize a library of patterns, color palettes, and design assets for future use
Assist in product mock-ups for annual catalogs, presentation materials, and web use
Assist with other marketing projects as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent in Adobe Creative Suite, especially vector artwork
Strong visual storytelling instincts and creative problem-solving skills
Experience in color theory & using the Pantone color library
High attention to detail and commitment to visual quality
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to feedback
Not afraid to push boundaries through design
Collaborative mindset with a proactive, team-oriented approach
Minimum Qualifications:
1-3 years of graphic design, print and pattern design, illustration experience or related experience
Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Graphic Design, Art, Fashion)
Excellent in Adobe Creative Suite
Preferred: Well-versed in pattern design
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand, sit and reach to operate cameras, lighting and other production equipment.
Occasionally lift or move equipment, props or light fixtures (up to 25 lbs).
Able to work in studio or on-location settings as needed.
