What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Identify and secure opportunities to enhance campus visibility and support sales growth
Source, support, and lead campus events, including fairs and student organization presentations
Develop expertise in Kaplan products to deliver compelling presentations
Manage a lead pipeline and provide nurturing follow-ups to convert leads into enrollments
Build and maintain relationships with campus advisors and student organizations to position Kaplan favorably
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
1+ year of experience in campus leadership, event promotion, or student outreach with a focus on marketing or sales
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior field marketing or business development experience
1+ year of sales experience or business development experience
