What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead a team of Associate Relations Managers in managing case loads related to code of conduct matters and policy violations
Provide strategic support and coaching to leadership on complex associate relations issues
Handle inquiries and concerns from associates, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address sensitive issues while maintaining confidentiality
Assess risks and develop proactive strategies to improve the employee experience
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience conducting thorough investigations7 years of experience in Employee and Labor Relations or a related field
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master’s degree in Human Resources
3 years of related Human Resources experience
Proven record of business management experience
Experience handling complex and emotionally charged employee issues
Strong consultative and influential skills
