Position Summary Eden Senior Care is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
SEO/SEM Digital Marketing Specialist
to support and grow our digital presence across multiple assisted living communities. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 1–5 years of experience who is passionate about data-driven strategy, performance optimization, and meaningful work that supports seniors and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize company websites to improve user experience, search visibility, and conversion rates
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, pay-per-click (PPC), and other paid search campaigns
Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements
Oversee SEM initiatives to drive qualified traffic and leads
Create, manage, and analyze email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and community engagement
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms
Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications
1–5 years of experience in SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
Experience managing multiple websites or locations is a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Experience in healthcare, senior living, or service‑based industries is a plus
