About The Role Reunion Marketing is looking for a Paid Search Strategist to build, manage, and improve paid search and paid social campaigns for home services businesses. This role focuses on driving leads, managing budgets responsibly, and using data to improve results over time. You will work on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social campaigns for industries like HVAC, plumbing, and roofing. You'll also work directly with clients to explain performance and strategy. If you like working with numbers, testing ideas, and improving results month over month, this role may be a good fit.
What You'll Do
Build and manage paid search campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads
Create and optimize paid social campaigns for local lead generation
Run A/B tests and adjust campaigns based on performance
Track CPL, conversion rates, and other key metrics
Analyze data and recommend improvements
Manage budgets to maximize ROI
Prepare clear reports for clients and internal teams
Work with content, design, and client success teams for alignment
Support client onboarding and transitions when needed
Audit accounts for best practices and optimization opportunities
Use GA4, GTM, or GSC to troubleshoot tracking or conversion issues

What You Bring

Experience with Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads
Basic familiarity with GA4 or analytics tools
Clear communication skills
