across Amazon Brand, Retail, and Prime campaigns. This role emphasizes operational ownership, financial rigor, and cross-functional execution to ensure media campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with strong performance oversight. This is a
media-focused role , not a marketing communications or content position. Key Responsibilities Own the operational execution of integrated media campaigns across video (linear and streaming TV), audio (radio, streaming, podcasts), outdoor, digital, mobile, and print channels. Partner with Media Managers to develop and implement fully integrated media plans across channels. Monitor media campaigns and participate in performance reviews to assess results and identify optimization opportunities. Analyze syndicated and proprietary data to inform media recommendations and channel selection. Manage media budget trackers, purchase order (PO) requests, invoice approvals, and monthly spend forecasts; clearly communicate updates and variances to stakeholders. Collaborate with Finance and Budget Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting of media investments. Facilitate creative and trafficking processes by owning spec sheets, trafficking documentation, and messaging mapping. Work closely with external media agencies to support execution, improve processes, and scale media operations effectively. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal business teams, Media Managers, agency partners, and finance teams. Demonstrate a strong understanding of
media fundamentals , planning principles, and buying functions in the US and Canada. Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in
media planning, media buying, or media operations Clear understanding of
media principles, planning, and buying functions
in the US and/or Canada Experience using industry media planning and measurement tools (e.g., Nielsen, Kantar, Comscore, DCM, or similar) Advanced proficiency in
Excel , including budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting Experience managing budgets and financial workflows, including trackers, forecasts, and PO/invoice processes Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience Nice-to-Have Qualifications Media agency or in-house media team experience In-depth knowledge of
cross-channel media strategy Digital media planning and measurement expertise Experience consolidating spend forecasts and communicating financial variances Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, execution-heavy environments What Success Looks Like You have supported large-scale, multi-channel media campaigns in a structured, operational capacity.
