Position Summary
The Marketing Manager plays a central role in shaping, executing, and evolving the Firm’s marketing efforts across brand, content, digital, and social channels. This individual is responsible for translating business priorities into cohesive marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, support growth initiatives, and elevate the Firm’s presence with key audiences.
Working closely with the Firm’s leadership team and Focus’ Head of Brand Strategy, the Marketing Manager will help ensure all marketing efforts align with broader brand direction, messaging frameworks, and long-term positioning, while also owning day-to-day execution and performance management. This role partners cross-functionally with leadership, client-facing teams, and operations to deliver consistent, high-impact marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, comfortable setting direction, managing campaigns end-to-end, and rolling up their sleeves to create, execute, and optimize work across channels.
Primary Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Execution
Serve as a primary point of contact for marketing, brand, and social media initiatives across the Firm
Collaborate closely with Focus’ Head of Brand Strategy to align marketing efforts with enterprise brand strategy, positioning, and messaging guidance
Develop and execute integrated, end-to-end marketing strategies and campaigns that support firm objectives, service offerings, and growth priorities
Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing materials, platforms, and touchpoints
Content, Digital & Social Media
Create, edit, manage, and oversee original content across multiple channels, including websites, email marketing to centers of influence, social media, and digital campaigns
Lead and support the Firm’s social media presence, with particular focus on LinkedIn, working in partnership with Focus’ social media team
Support select C‑suite and senior leaders with social media and thought‑leadership content, including professional brand positioning and message development
Identify and evaluate emerging trends in content formats, platform algorithms, and social media topics to inform strategy and execution
Campaign Management & Performance
Develop and execute paid and organic campaign strategies, including ad‑buying plans designed to maximize reach, engagement, and message clarity, concentrating on industry visibility, business development and organic leads.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing projects from concept through completion, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables
Develop, track, and analyze campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI to inform optimization and leadership decision‑making
Prepare and deliver regular reporting and insights to leadership on marketing effectiveness and opportunities
Research, Operations & Internal Communications
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform marketing strategies and positioning
Maintain marketing files, assets, and documentation to ensure materials remain current, organized, and compliant
Assist with internal communications efforts, including newsletters, internal announcements, and firm‑wide updates
Partner with leadership, operations, and client‑facing teams to support internal initiatives and external communications needs
Additional Responsibilities
Support firm‑wide initiatives and special projects as needed
Perform other duties as assigned in support of marketing and business objectives
Supervision of assigned Operations Assistants and/or junior marketing support, as applicable.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
5+ years in marketing strategy, brand management, or communications.
Demonstrated ability to connect firm‑level objectives to actionable marketing strategies with measurable impact.
Skilled at developing and implementing marketing processes and standards.
Able to collaborate and negotiate priorities and timelines.
Experience managing projects including multi‑layered, long‑term marketing initiatives.
Ability to communicate in an efficient and timely manner.
The ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong writing and presentation skills; confident presenting to senior leadership.
Ability to evaluate performance data, adjust course, and strengthen results through insights and iteration.
Confident, pragmatic, and collaborative; energized by shaping structure and driving results through influence and clarity.

This is a exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between
$90,000 - $120,000 . Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
