This role spans ideation, community management, writing, content capture, and editing—transforming executive insights into engaging social content that drives measurable results. The ideal candidate brings deep platform fluency across key social channels, strong video production capabilities, sound judgment during real‑time and sensitive situations, and the ability to identify and execute timely content opportunities that position executives as industry leaders.
Responsibilities
Leverage social platforms and digital communities to amplify
our client’s
growth, vision, and executive thought leadership—expanding reach, relevance, and engagement with key audiences.
Own the integrated digital strategy for top executives, including the CEO, with LinkedIn and X serving as flagship channels for announcements and thought leadership.
Partner closely with C‑Suite leadership, Communications, Marketing, and Creative teams to align messaging with business priorities, audience needs, and industry trends.
Develop and scale the digital “playbook” for how executives show up online, establishing tone, best practices, and frameworks across leadership.
Build social‑first thought leadership campaigns and roadmaps that reinforce mission, priorities, and industry leadership.
Manage executive content calendars, copywriting, production, and engagement strategies across text, video, and visual formats.
Lead experimentation with emerging media formats and social trends, testing new platforms and content approaches to grow executive visibility and engagement.
Shape and execute social strategy for executive events and appearances—from pre‑event positioning to real‑time coverage and post‑event amplification.
Experience
3–5 years of experience in social media, communications, or publicity, ideally supporting and building an executive or public‑figure profile.
Experience in community management.
Proven success managing LinkedIn presence and delivering measurable engagement and influence growth.
Strong content creation skills across copy, visuals, and multimedia formats.
Experience capturing live events and repurposing content into evergreen social assets.
Familiarity with emerging social platforms and influencer/creator ecosystems.
Exceptional cross‑functional collaboration and project management skills.
Ability to translate business objectives into digital and content strategies.
