
This role supports the CEO of a fast-growing digital marketing firm specializing in hospitality and food & beverage (F&B) clients. The company works with restaurants, hotels, and lifestyle brands to elevate their online presence through strategy, branding, and social media.
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive Part-Time Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support with personal and household tasks to the CEO of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable managing a variety of responsibilities independently.
Digital marketing and social media skills are a strong bonus, as occasional light support in these areas may be requested.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Running personal errands (shopping, returns, deliveries, etc.) Managing household affairs and coordinating home services Scheduling and coordinating personal appointments Handling basic administrative tasks and correspondence Assisting with occasional light digital marketing or social media tasks (bonus skill) Providing general organizational support to streamline daily operations Qualifications
High school diploma or above and valid driver’s license
