What You'll Do Account Development:

Hunt and close Fortune 500 enterprise accounts

Sell integrated physical security solutions including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems

Increase customer lifetime value and profitability

Work with decision makers to assess needs and gain agreement on business cases

Prospect new business opportunities through multiple channels

Build and maintain a robust pipeline (3:1 over target)

Proposal Construction & Presenting:

Lead sales pursuit teams to construct winning proposals

Present proposals to decision makers while managing objections

Negotiate and close deals in a timely manner

Market Focus:

Identify and develop pipeline in commercial and Fortune 500 enterprise markets

Build relationships with building owners, property managers, facility directors, and C‑suite executives

Work with designers, estimators, sales engineers, and project managers to create winning proposals

Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What You'll Need Required:

Minimum 3 years of B2B full cycle sales experience in security integration

Proven history of achieving sales goals in a consultative, non‑transactional sales environment

Strong affinity for problem solving and relationship building

Ability to adapt to business changes and influence others

Strong presentation and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Valid driver's license

Preferred:

Experience selling to Fortune 500 or enterprise accounts

Documented quota achievement and performance metrics

What You Get Compensation:

Base Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)

Uncapped Commission: OTE $150,000 - $550,000 (based on performance)

Top performers consistently earn $250,000 - $400,000+
