
We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Representative. This individual must have a strong communication skills, a passion for luxury products and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment in our beautiful Manhattan Showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing clients in person, via phone, email and online platforms to understand their needs and preferences.
Collaborate on interiors projects, including client needs, conceptual and schematic design, design development, and management of budgets and schedules.
Resolve customer concerns regarding products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
Create detailed and accurate sales quote detailing selected products, quantities, and pricing, presenting timely and professionally, with appropriately timed client follow-up.
Using Salesforce, maintain accurate records of all communications, quotes and client interactions.
Strive to achieve and exceed sales goals given by showroom.
Collaborate as a team to generate new clients and cultivate sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Suite – Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
Microsoft Outlook – Inbox Management.
Experience in Salesforce a plus, or other CRM system.
Minimum of two years of inside sales experience, order processing, payment deposits.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Physical Requirements- must be able to lift and move up to 10#.
Sitting, standing and walking throughout the day.
