What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Maintain and expand the customer base by building and nurturing relationships with key customers

Identify new product opportunities and recommend changes based on consumer needs and trends

Plan and implement competitive strategies for substantial growth in the assigned territory

Provide effective presentations demonstrating technical selling skills and product knowledge

Monitor competition by gathering marketplace information and providing recommendations to management

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 3 years of consultative sales experience selling integrated video/security systems

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university

Understanding of internet and wireless communication systems and topologies

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Suite

Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical buyers

Proven track record of developing effective strategies and customized proposals that win new business

Experience working in a highly entrepreneurial environment

Ability to wear multiple hats and make quick decisions with minimal management direction
