Position Overview This role is critical to driving revenue through lead conversion, accurate quoting, customer relationship management, and coordination between sales and field operations. Base salary plus commission. Uncapped earning potential. Commercial dock and door experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to incoming commercial leads and customer inquiries

Prepare accurate, competitive quotes for commercial dock and door projects

Conduct proactive follow-up on outstanding quotes to drive conversions

Manage and maintain relationships with existing commercial clients to generate repeat business

Coordinate and schedule site visits, quotes, repairs, and installations

Schedule site checks with field technicians to support efficient operations

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within the CRM system

Collaborate closely with field management and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in the commercial dock and door industry (required)

Proven inside sales and account management experience

Proficiency with CRM platforms and field management software

Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary plus 5% commission on sales with no cap
