What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve or exceed sales targets for pneumatic compression therapy products in the assigned territory
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture market share
Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for clinical staff
Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, including hospitals and surgery centers
Recruit, onboard, and manage independent sales representatives to enhance territory coverage
What is Required (Qualifications):
Four (4)-year college or university degree preferred
Three (3) to Five (5) years of medical sales experience, preferably in the orthopedic space
Familiarity with Ambulatory Surgery Centers and relationships with orthopedic surgeons
Valid U.S. driver's license and must meet the employer's Corporate Vehicle Policy Standards
Ability to travel up to 50% as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience managing 1099 distributor networks
Working knowledge of health insurance billing, CMS codes, and ICD 10
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
Strong time and territory management skills
