What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve or exceed sales targets for pneumatic compression therapy products in the assigned territory.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture market share.

Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for clinical staff.

Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, including hospitals, ASCs, and physician practices.

Recruit, contract, and onboard independent sales representatives to enhance territory coverage.

What is Required (Qualifications)

Four (4) year college or university degree is preferred.

Three (3) to five (5) years of medical sales experience, ideally in the orthopedic space.

Familiarity with Ambulatory Surgery Centers and relationships with orthopedic surgeons.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience managing 1099 distributor networks.

Working knowledge of health insurance billing, CMS codes, and ICD 10.

Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.

Clinical knowledge related to DVT and TJA.

Proven ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic and effective territory management skills.
