We’re looking for
relationship‑driven, motivated Account Managers
who thrive in face‑to‑face environments and enjoy turning conversations into long‑term customer partnerships.
The Role As an
Account Manager (Consumer) , you’ll own sales and relationship‑building within
multi‑dwelling unit (MDU) communities , working closely with property managers, leasing teams, and residents. If you’ve succeeded in
account management, property management, leasing, or consultative sales , this role is a natural next step.
You’ll combine
strategic relationship management
with
hands‑on, community‑based selling —no call center, no desk‑bound sales.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain strong partnerships with
property managers, assistant managers, and leasing teams
Drive awareness and adoption of Ziply Fiber services within assigned MDU communities
Host
on‑site events, activations, and resident engagements
Conduct
door‑to‑door outreach
with professionalism and confidence
Meet or exceed daily activity goals and monthly sales targets
Track property visits, insights, and opportunities to optimize results
Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on local strategies
Represent Ziply Fiber as a trusted, community‑focused brand ambassador
✅ What We’re Looking For
6+ months of experience
in sales, account management, leasing, property management, or customer‑facing roles
Military experience welcomed
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for much of the day
Self‑starter who can manage territory, time, and priorities independently
Resilient, persuasive, and motivated by performance‑based earnings
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
Competitive base + commission with strong earning upside
